Common sense says that if you would like the nutritional benefit of any fresh fruit then eat it raw since commercially manufactured juice is mostly sugar and water. It is true that a majority of juices for sale in your grocery store aisle are a lot of sugar, extra water and a bit of the genuine real fruit juice to make it taste just like the fruit you expect. This should come as no surprise.
Giant companies together with huge advertising budgets have driven home the concept that drinking fruit juice is as good as eating the fresh fruit but that simply is not at all accurate. Perhaps some of the vitamins may still be there, nevertheless the fibre is gone and the extra dose of sugar is obviously not needed in most of our diets.
Well except for Tahitian Noni® Bioactive Beverages™. That is due to the fact they have small bits of the Noni fruit included. Most fruit juices are manufactured from highly processed crushed and strained fruit. The Tahitian Noni® Original™ is made from a puree of the Noni fruit and you will actually see the small pieces in your glass when you pour yourself a serving. Plus it is pasteurized, twice actually. These fruit pieces are packed full of iridoids along with other effective bioactives that will make you healthier, ensure that you have more energy, and help you really feel better.
In an effort to confirm the numerous traditional uses of the Noni fruit, the Noni fruit has been studied and researched by numerous scientists and institutions. Included in these efforts are 14 human clinical studies which particularly reviewed Tahitian Noni® Original™. Naturally increasing energy is a common benefit that people discover right away. Supplying antioxidants, that are vital to fighting off free radicals, is an additional significant advantage which of course provides numerous positive effects. Tahitian Noni® Original™.

A food (which includes beverages) is recognized as bioactive if the body can digest it and utilize it not just to meet basic nutritional needs but in addition about physiological benefits that really better a person’s health. Important sources of bioactive food components are found in fruits and vegetables.
A Bioactive Beverage utilizes these kinds of phytonutients in a liquid form for healthful results. Research has shown that not all bioactive drinks are identical. A number of popular juices that are produced from acai, gac or mangosteen fruit, amongst others, contain carotenoids and flavonoids. Despite the fact that they are healthful, flavonoids and betacarotene rapidly degrade once they come in contact with heat and light. As an example it was discovered that after 30 days storage at room temperature the acai fruit pulp’s flavonoids lose up to 35% of their stability and 80% following four months.
One bioactive beverage that will maintains its effectiveness is Tahitian Noni® Bioactive Beverages. Years of research has shown that the noni fruit, particularly those harvested in the French Polynesian Islands have many unique bioactive compounds. Most of these bioactive compounds are extremely soluble permitting them to easily travel throughout the body through the bloodstream where they are utilized by cells. Altogether, Tahitian Noni® Bioactive Beverages include 12 unique nutrients classified as iridoids that are a key component in its ensuing health benefits. Fourteen Human clinical trials testing Tahitian Noni® Bioactive Beverages have already been done in these subject areas: Immune Function, Energy and Endurance, Cardiovascular Health, Joint Health, Antioxidant Protection

Horses are beautiful animals! They are graceful, smart and intuitive. Watching them as they gallop is always a sight worth seeing. It is no wonder that horses have captured the hearts of so many of us.
Whether your horse is a working horse, a competitive horse or for personal pleasure, equine nutrition really makes a difference to a horse’s welfare. Overall healthiness, a beautiful coat and healthy hooves is what every horse owner wants to achieve.
I’ve discovered on top of regular feed, many horse owners have found TAHITIAN NONI® Equine EssentialsTM to be very effective. They said they could see their horse’s coats look shinier and that they look so much healthier. Part of the reason for that is it boosts the immune system. Everyone agreed that Equine EssentialsTM was simple to use: 2 oz twice a day by top dressing or mixing in grain.
Competitors found that after a month or two on this product that the training sessions became more productive; the horses had more energy and endurance. As I researched this more I soon found out that TAHITIAN NONI® Equine EssentialsTM boosts the metabolic system aiding in increased energy and vitality; it helps the digestive system, the circulatory system, right down to the tissues and cells. I can see how this would give competitors a healthy advantage. Another thing they noticed was that their stress level noticeably decreased before and during a competition. Too much stress from being transported in trailers and being in unfamiliar venues can sap the energy before competition.
Feeding your horses healthily is one of the best things you can do. Giving them the best nutritional diet will give them a longer, better and more contented lifespan.

I’m always looking for ways to maximize my workout. I’ve discovered what works for me time wise isn’t the most efficient body-wise. A mid afternoon workout is my best scheduled time but it is in the morning that my body co-operates the best.
I’ve analyzed my routine and found that short bursts of aerobic exercise between weights gives me maximum benefits as well as breaking up the “sameness” of it all.
The biggest obstacle that I have been working on is keeping my energy level up throughout the entire workout. After all, what is a workout if it’s not working out?
I’ve always had a healthy and hearty breakfast and followed fitness advice to drink plenty of fluids (16 – 20 oz) a couple of hours before my workout. However, I found that 30 minutes into the workout my energy level went way down. It wasn’t just tiredness either.
I even experimented with a little snack of fruit about 30 minutes before to keep my blood sugar levels up. This helped a little.
What has really made the difference is drinking a juice made from a green fruit called TAHITIAN NONI® Juice. I’ve read that marathon runners, surfing champions and professional athletes drink it for energy and for after competition recovery. There must be something to it.
I discovered it really does work! I followed the directions on the bottle, drinking 1 oz of TAHITIAN NONI® Juice first thing in the morning. But I found that if I drink another 1 oz about an hour before my workout it made a significant difference. If I workout every day of the week I will drink 2 oz in the morning on the heavier workout day and then 1 oz the next day (my lighter workout day). The 2 oz does give me a quicker recovery time. My muscles aren’t as sore and I don’t feel as spent.
All in all, I’m satisfied. Discovering the right time to workout (when possible), the best workout routine for me, the right type and amount of food to eat and drinking TAHITIAN NONI® Juice for energy and recovery has pushed me forward in results. I’m starting to reach the goals I once only dreamed about.

Owning a horse brings great joy and a developing relationship. As the years go by this relationship deepens and your horse really counts on you for his future. Horses’ lives age much faster. One year of a horse is equal to three years of a human life. We can liken a 20 year old horse with a 60 year old person.
It is for this reason that it is important to keep a watchful eye on your horse as he ages.
Humans notice a temperature change as we age and so do our horses. Be sensitive to the conditions that your horse is in at this stage of their lives. They aren’t able to do as well with extreme temperature changes. It’s always a good idea to keep a blanket handy in the colder days especially if you live in a higher elevation or where there are cold seasons. In the same way be sure to provide at least one or two shady spots where your horse can escape from the direct sun.
It is good for your horse to stay active unless there is a medical reason. Although he might not be working, exercise is essential to keep limber, make use of their lungs and other body parts as well as having the joy of seeing life outside the stable walls. Turning him out will also keep the weight gain low and his spirits high.
As your horse ages, his body will go through various changes. This includes his stomach and digestive system. It is essential to feed your horse in accord with these changes. There are some great supplements in the market that make up for deficiencies in nutrient absorption of senior horses. A favorite is TAHITIAN NONI® Equine EssentialsTM. One of the things that it does is promotes proper feed digestion and nutrient absorption. Another great feature is it supports the equine immune system with superior antioxidant activity.
Have you ever noticed that many senior horses stress easier? My favorite feature of TAHITIAN NONI® Equine EssentialsTM is that it contains adaptogens to help relieve stress. They are much calmer and relaxed. TAHITIAN NONI® Equine Essentials FlexTM was formulated with horses who suffer from joint problems. It supports joint function but also includes MSM, glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate as well as the Omega 3 and 6 oils found in the TAHITIAN NONI® Equine EssentialsTM. It has given many a horse a new lease on life.
Horses can have happy and healthy lives into their 30’s and 40’s if given the proper care, love and support.
