Since I have been working out with a personal trainer Dallas from Lady Trainers To Go, I have truly enjoyed the convenience and the overall experience of a trainer coming to my house. Fantastic Dallas Personal Trainer

Lady Trainers To Go did a wonderful job at pairing me up with my Dallas personal trainer. She is a perfect match for my personality! I love the fact that my trainer constantly challenges me to push harder each workout. By doing so, I am getting stronger, seeing faster results and feeling more confident.

Overall, I am also feeling better and enjoying this new-found energy. Having more energy definitely helps me focus better and get more accomplished throughout the day. My personal trainer in Dallas is also very encouraging. She’s always telling me that I can do more—and she’s right! Her encouraging techniques motivate me in ways I never thought possible. Before I can protest, I find myself actually doing it. With her encouragement I’m getting more than physical strength, I’m also getting emotional and mental strength. So, not only do I feel better about myself as a person, I feel excited about the pounds and inches that keep melting away!

Collective mental illness

We are all in the search for that special moment, for that reward that we think we deserve, seeking the point of human existence and therefore an explanation for our suffering. We constantly need motivation, it has become our drug, our fuel for life and for sanity and success. How lame!

I’ve come to realize this fact in Akumel, I knew something was wrong with humanity, I mean I could sensed this disease growing, I just couldn’t come up with the words to express it.

The objective now is to invite everyone to a big session about collective mental illness, which will take place either on Akumal Condos or in Villa de Valhalla both a 40 minute drive away from Cancun, the place is called Akumel. The conference will osciliate mostly about our inherited dysfunction of missing the point of human existence, the true explanation for living skillfully, without a reason and thus to suffer and cause suffering.

We would like for the guests to vote for the location. We are considering Akumal Condos, Villa de Valhalla and Casa Turquesa. Akumal Condos offer nice rooms where to gather and have our sessions as well as envious amenities and enchanting ocean views, while Villa de Valhalla offers wide open and outdoor lounges where to gather for the sessions, magnificent ocean views, charming staff, great food and many rooms for those who would like to stay in for the night.

I´m inclining for Valhalla although the other option is bigger, my feeling is that Villa de Valhalla has good energy and location, you can admire both sunrise and sunset from the same place and it has a nice rooftop on where to have night sessions overlooking the stars.

We´ll be gathering your votes and giving an answer at the end of the month.

Clickbank Online Marketing: A Tale of Three Websites

Back in December 2008 I launched three review websites.

> Maverick Money Makers Club
> Project Quick Cash
> PPC Bully

All three were review sites, and but not all three have shared the same fate.

My Clickbank Winner

My Maverick Money Makers Club review site is by far the most successful. It was a white-hot product on the way up, and as a $100/month membership site with great training content also updated monthly, it jumped to the top of Clickbank. It has a Clickbank gravity of almost 800, which is in something most launches only aspire to.

I also through a lot of linking efforts behind Maverick Money Makers from the very beginning, and it now has hundreds of links that help maintain its position  in the Google “Top 10″ for several of my major keywords. My visitor has increased steadily across three month,  from an average of 50/day in January, 100/day in February, and now 150/day in March. Nothing earthshaking, but very steady and reassuring for my efforts.

It is the poster child for what TO do, and has provided a lot of motivation, as well as cash.

My Two Poor Clickbank Losers

The Project Quick Cash and PPC Bully review sites seemed almost doomed before they started.

I did not realize when I began promoting it that Project Quick Cash was actually a re-release of a 2007 product, and as such didn’t have as much life left. It was not “new” anymore, and not being searched for … (so no organic traffic to speak of|and if no one is searching, you don’t exist|so there was no traffic to be had, really, through Google}.

PPC Bully

PPC Bully seemed like a winner, with its ability to “steal” your competitors PPC campaigns, and it is a very effective spy tool … but it offered limited training early on, and seemed a bit like a one trick pony.

Both of them had the unfortunate bad luck to be located on  a part of my server that went whacky just before I underwent some surgery, and so they sat there, with all my initial promotion and links getting ignored, because Google and other bots arrived to a blank page (when I thought they both were up and running.)

Two weeks later, back from surgery, I realized too late what had happened, but by then both had been give the thumbs-down by Google, and I don’t know if they can ever be revived.

It is unfortunate because both a great programs. PPC Bully has increasing competition in the PPC spy tool field, but just released a new piece of software that should add to its value.

Project Quick Cash

Project Quick Cash offered 5 great tactics, and also a wonderful little back-end tool that allowed you to grab current event traffic as it moves through the internet each day, and to cash in on it with (PPC|pay per click} and other techniques. I still use the tool daily, and it is one of the most versatile and useful I have come across to target traffic in unique ways.

It is still a wonderful program, and I used the techniques to this day.

I DO know I learned a few lessons.

1. Regular monitoring of websites is a “must do.”

2. Regular linking efforts, even of the unpaid kind, pay off.

3. Choice of Clickbank programs matters. High sales price items are always better, because you can afford a PPC campaign more easily, and can tolerate more errors when you begin.

I hope you don’t repeat my mistakes!

Diet and Weight Loss Tips

Weight loss is of interest to almost everyone. Eat protein and carbohydrate meals every 3 hours so you are having 5 to 6 small meals per day. Studies show that your metabolism increases if you eat little and often. Dining in practically the same pattern day in day out can become boring. Consuming food slowly is encouraging in this regard. Your Fitness Choices

At i Recommend Fitness we know that When you are looking to get into shape, you have a lot of options. Some prefer to walk around their neighborhood, or to buy something they can use in their home. Others like to find fitness centers so that they can get out of the house and have more choices for their workouts. This is a good alternative for many, as long as they pick the right place. If someone were to choose a place that feels wrong, or that just does not have what they need, they are going to be wasting their money with little or no results.

Some are intimidated by the large named fitness centers out there because they fear they are going to stick out when they go there. They envision that everyone there will be toned, tanned, and without an extra ounce of body fat anywhere. Though there are people in fitness centers like that, there are also those who are somewhere in between where they started and where they want to be. Not everyone will look like those in the commercials. Though this should not matter to someone who wants to get into shape, it can be demoralizing at times.

There are newer fitness centers cropping up that are made for those who do not want to go to a gym like those seen on television. Curves is one of these places. They are made mostly for women, and they advertise with women of all sizes and levels of health. As far as fitness centers go, they are certainly appealing to those who are going to be excessively self conscious when they arrive for their very first workout. It should be a good mix of comfort along with the motivation to succeed. These are popping up all over the place, even in small communities, and that can only be because they are successful and in demand.

Some choose to go to fitness centers that cater to the whole family. These can be a lot of fun for the adults because they can go whenever they want, and they can take their children with them. There are usually activities for the children that can allow them to stay in shape, or get into better shape, without them even knowing what is going on. They may just think they are being entertained while their parents work out at fitness centers, but they are actually getting some exercise of their own. That is definitely a win-win situation for everyone.
