For a very long time, Coke has been the soft drink of choice for most of the world. The marketing behind them is very interesting - decades ago, before Coke was really well known, they had the aim of putting a cold can of coke into the hand of everyone in the world. Their main competitor is obviously Pepsi, although Coke has pretty much always been ahead of them. Lately, however, Coke (and Pepsi) isn’t doing so well. People are aware of the problems that occur if you drink too much Coke, and many people prefer more healthy options, such as bottled water and sports drinks.
So what exactly are the problems you get from drinking Coke? Well, it has tons of sugar, so apparently you get diabetes from it. It is also damaging to your teeth over time. If you’re drinking soft drinks, you will want to brush your teeth once a day or so, and make sure you don’t have any dental problems. You should of course also see your local dentist regularly.
If you want to learn more about dentists and tooth care, you can always get a college education in dentistry. You’ll probably have to do a few years worth of study to do this, and you won’t earn that much to begin with. However, you can feel good knowing you are helping people fight the effects of soft drinks like Coke and Pepsi. Especially with young children, Coke can be damaging to your teeth, so you need to be careful.
